Activity Role Overview
In this activity, I participated in the Single-Cell Forum held by Linkou Chang Gung Memorial Hospital on September 30, 2024. The forum was organized by the Genomic Medicine Core Laboratory to promote academic exchange on single-cell and spatial transcriptomics research. My role was to present and explain the key findings of the paper (the glioblastoma single-cell study), with a focus on making the study accessible to clinicians and biomedical researchers. Through a simplified and clinically oriented explanation, I aimed to help the audience quickly understand how single-cell RNA sequencing can be applied in clinical research, including its value in dissecting cellular heterogeneity, disease mechanisms, tumor microenvironments, and potential translational applications.
